JD Carnaval
Today is the first day of JD's Carnaval.. pretty fun! the students are pretty spirited.. there are 4 teams, and during lunch, they have activities against each other, some outdoors, some indoors. Tuesday, i'm gonna make bubble tea for them! I hope they like it.

Atlantis
Dolbeau's gym is called Atlantis. I went yesterday, and the lady showed me different machines..ooh its confusing! My arms feel like spaghetti (haha, funny .. i had that for lunch.. and i'm having it for dinner! maybe i'll switch to coquilles). And another lady actually told me I don't speak French very well! I was kinda shocked, coz everyone tells me i speak well... ooh well! AND, I saw another asian! He was an old man.. vietnamese I think...

Abortion
A teacher at my school was talking about abortion. He's one of those people that keep talking and talking, and the "conversation" becomes more of a monologue. He actually admitted that he talks a lot because maybe, just maybe, what he says will influence/affect you. So he says...."Did you know that 1/3 women in Quebec have abortions?" ... then later..."People here [in Lac St-Jean] go to China to adopt children"... all of which is fine and dandy to me.. until he says, "Why don't these people stop having abortions, take care of the kids here, instead of having to adopt from China!"... i was like... WHAAAT??!!!

But, you know, everyone is entitled to their own opinion.
